This series mixer is made up of a container formed by two cylinders welded in a V shape. Compared with the shaft and container's shape, it is asymmetrical. The powder grains will continuously and repeatedly change their places, be dispersed, and combine in the inclined cylinder under the force of circumgyration. Materials will be randomly transferred from one place to another place and the powder grains will slip, pile and move to the surface repeatedly and be cut and scattered time and again. Then the mixing is complete.

This equipment is suitable for the mixing of materials with good fluidity and little difference, and materials needing to be mixed in short time and without strict mixing requirements. Thanks to the steady movement of materials in the container, the mixing will not damage the original shape of the material. So it is suitable for the mixing of fragile and easily worn grain materials or materials of finer grains, pieces, and containing some water.
