Coal Fuel Hot Air Furnace

Applications:
This furnace is supported for each kind of material drying equipment as a kind of
general hot air unit, which is widely used for dehumidification of cereal, seed,
feed and fruit, heating and water extraction of vegetables, mushroom, tea, tobacco,
food, pharmaceutical products, chemical raw materials and light and weight
industrial products, as well as for the heating of various facilities and dehumidification
of warehouse.

Working principle:
Combining burning and heat exchanger as a whole, this furnace adopts the novel indirect
heating technology for performing heat exchange at high temperature position.
Smoke and air flow are separated inside, heating has no contamination, and
thermal efficiency reaches 60-75%. Therefore, it features speedy temperature rising,
compact dimensions, convenient installation, reliable operation and lower cost.
High temperature resistant measure is taken to extend its service life significantly
in comparing with tube-still hot air furnace, where cross brushing of
heat sink by the smoke and negative pressure smoke exhaust are used to ensure a
clean heat exchanging position with stable thermal performance, fueled by any coal
of firewood. It is equipped with 2-phase air inlet unit, which ensures sufficient
combustion, and each technical and economical index of furnace has reached
the domestic leading level.
